A series of complex cases is presented and analyzed, highlighting best practices in clinical decision-making and procedural approaches. Attendees actively engage in discussions with the Moderator, Case Presenters, and Circulating Moderators, who facilitate the conversation and encourage participants to share which strategies they would employ in case management and why.

The top 5 cases chosen by the Program Committee are showcased by their authors, highlighting complex procedures, complication management, or innovative techniques in structural heart intervention. Each presented case is 7-minutes, followed by an 8-minute discussion between the presenter and the panel.

• The overall winner receives a $1,500 honorarium and a commemorative plaque recognizing their accomplishment. 
• Each of the two runners-up receives a $500 honorarium.

Each station offers an immersive experience that enhances imaging and procedural skills through small-group, hands-on simulator training led by SWISH faculty and supported by clinical specialists from participating companies. The workshop provides step-by-step, practical instruction and technology-based training using a case-based, problem-solving, mentor-led approach in small groups.
