The inaugural SWISH Fellows Summit on December 4th aims to strengthen Fellows-In-Training’s foundational knowledge and professional development. It begins with the Fellows Case Competition, featuring the top 10 cases selected by the Program Committee from all submissions. Attendees then enhance their technical and procedural skills through small-group simulator, wet lab, and model training, offering hands-on practice.
The workshops’ multimodal stations provide an immersive experience that covers device deployment, advanced imaging, and best practices, using straightforward, case-based, problem-solving, and mentor-guided approaches in small groups. Fellows Case Competition
Fellows are encouraged to submit a unique case to the Case Competition that focuses on a complex procedure, complication management, or an advanced or novel technique in structural heart intervention. Learn More >>
Fellows Attendance Scholarships • Limited to 50 Fellows
Fellows can apply for full-attendance scholarships that cover attendance to the Summit on Friday, December 4th, and the SWISH Main Conference on Saturday, December 5th, hotel accommodations, and travel expense reimbursement for the SWISH Fellows Summit and SWISH Main Conference are available to Fellows currently enrolled in or entering a Fellowship Program (Interventional Cardiology, Advanced Interventional Program (CHIP), structural, endovascular, research), the Cardiovascular/General Cardiology Program, or the Cardiac Surgery Program. Applications are limited to 50 Fellows serving their Fellowship in North America.
Fellows who do not receive a scholarship will be responsible for their own travel and lodging.
SWISH offers a welcoming space for colleagues to connect, share experiences, and build professional relationships. The Main Conference on December 5th will focus on case-based discussions and interactive debates. Experts from leading institutions will present unique, complex cases that illustrate practical decision-making, procedural techniques, complication management, and the use of new tools and methods. Sessions will include engaging discussions and Q&A segments. Interactive debates will feature faculty with differing views on current and sometimes controversial topics. SWISH's target audience includes interventional and clinical cardiologists, cardiac and cardiothoracic surgeons, fellows-in-training, and other healthcare professionals interested in improving their practical skills and clinical judgment to achieve better patient outcomes in structural heart procedures through case-based learning. SWISH Fellows Summit
Not Just for Fellows! Practicing physicians of all levels will find the SWISH Fellows Summit on Friday, December 4, 2026, to be a beneficial, comprehensive review and are welcome to attend. Attendance is limited to maintain an intimate environment that fosters interactive learning and mentorship. Please select your attendance at the Summit during your complimentary registration for the SWISH 2026 Main Conference.
Complimentary Registration
Complimentary registration includes full-session admission, complimentary food and beverages, social functions, course materials, CME certification, and attendance at the SWISH Fellows Summit. Although walk-ins are welcome, we recommend registering in advance.
